• HY Co1（ UNS R30001 ）is a hardfacing alloy possessing excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance for applications such as pump sleeves, rotary seal rings, wear pads, expeller screws and bearing sleeves. It retains its hardness at temperatures in excess of 760°C (1400°F).

Processing conditions and application:

• HY Co1（ UNS R30001 ）is available as welding wire, rod, powder, and electrodes, finished castings and HIP consolidated blands or parts. HY-Industry also offers hardfacing services.

Stellite alloy is suitable for nuclear power, petrochemical, electric power, battery, glass, light industry, food and many other fields. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance. Commonly used products include valve cores, valve seats, shafts, shaft sleeves, pump parts, glass, battery molds, nozzles and cutting tools.

Main products are valve stem, valve core (ball), valve seat, valve ring, sealing ring, wood sawtooth, bearing pump, bearing ball and so on.
