The 4 million tons/year residual high-gas/circulating hydrogen heat exchanger of the residue hydrocracking unit undertaken by the project is also a supporting product of the subject of “China National Offshore Oil Inconel 625 Alloy High Pressure Heat Exchanger Localization Trial Production” project of the China Petrochemical Department The First Construction Company of Petroleum and Natural Gas is responsible for conducting research on surfacing welding and heat treatment of high-pressure heat exchanger tube sheets, welding of surfacing layer tube sheets and heat exchange tubes, and expansion joint tests of heat exchange tubes. The development and promotion of this project is of great significance to the design and manufacture of domestic nickel-based alloy products, the application of domestic inconel 625 surfacing materials and Inconel 625 heat exchange tubes.
In the past ten years, as oil production in oil fields has become more and more difficult, a large amount of chlorine-containing solvents have to be added. At the same time, due to the limitations of electric desalination technology, the chloride ions in the medium have exceeded the standard frequently, and the oil processed by the refinery has become more and more high The development of poor quality such as high chlorine has the consequence of severe corrosion of equipment. In some parts, especially low temperature parts, such as the heat exchange system at the top of the heat separator of the hydrogenation unit, severe stress corrosion environment and ammonium salt crystal corrosion environment are formed. After investigation, due to improper material selection, domestic and foreign equipment have experienced corrosion leakage accidents during operation, which has brought great hidden danger to the long-term safe operation of the device and caused great economic losses to the enterprise.
At present, CNOOC is committed to building a world-class refinery. One of the important indicators is to extend the maintenance cycle of the entire refinery. To this end, it is necessary to further improve the material of the equipment corrosion-sensitive parts to combat severe corrosion. For these parts, using Inconel 625 alloy material is a good choice.
Prior to this, Inconel 625 heat exchange tubes were basically monopolized by the U.S. and Swedish companies. In recent years, the development and production of Inconel 625 heat exchange tubes in China has developed very quickly. After nearly five years of research and exploration by China National Petroleum First Construction Company, a series of tests on China-made Inconel 625 heat exchange tubes and surfacing welding Inconel 625 alloy, mastered the technology of nconel 625 alloy used in the manufacture of high-pressure heat exchanger At present, there are already seven sets of Inconel 625 threaded locking ring high-pressure heat exchangers in service.
Recently, HY-Industry, through the Polymer Laboratory of Lanzhou University, recommended the signing of high-temperature alloy material supply contracts for two sets of Inconel 625 threaded locking ring high-pressure heat exchangers with China National Petroleum First Construction Company, with a total tonnage of 28 tons. This is HY-Industry is the largest petrochemical industry order in the past three years.
