ERNi-1 welding wire orderDuring the new crown epidemic in Shanghai, Shanghai HY Industry Co., Ltd received a large number of orders for ERNi-1 welding wire. After learning that this batch of welding materials will be used for the construction of a new pharmaceutical factory, it will play a significant role in alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand in Shanghai. The company leadership contacted the government management department, For each process, workers have been added to the factory for accommodation, vacuum smelting + 5 people, electroslag remelting + 3 people, forging heat treatment + 5 people, wire drawing annealing + 3 people. At present, the company has a total of 46 people living in the factory, and the factory is equipped with 13 people. Living containers and a container cold storage, the production capacity is about 60% of Shanghai’s pre-coronavirus lockdown. The 4500kg ERNi-1 welding wire in the photo took 25 days to complete, 3.5 tons will be picked up by the customer, another 1000kg will be sold as the company’s inventory, and another 5 tons of billets are ready to be made into various products, including forgings, rings, steel strips , welding wire, steel pipe, please inquire customers in need.

ERNi-1 (NA61) is used for GMAW, GTAW and ASAW welding of Nickel 200 and 201, joining these alloys to stainless and carbon steels, and other nickel and copper-nickel base metals. Also used for overlaying steel.
