ERNiCrMo-3 Precautions for nickel-based alloy welding wire welding:
-
Surface impurities such as oil, rust, and moisture must be thoroughly removed at the weld.
-
When welding, use small heat input, and it is recommended to use a lower interpass temperature.
-
The purity of the argon used should be above 99.99% and the gas flow control should be appropriate. Generally, when the welding current is 100-200A, the gas flow is about 10-15L/min.
-
Appropriate wind-proof facilities must be provided when welding, otherwise the shielding gas is easily affected by the wind and the gas protection is poor. Deteriorate the weld bead and generate porosity.
-
Properly select the nozzle and control the proper extension length of the tungsten electrode.
