ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel-based alloy welding wire description：
ERNiCrMo-3/625 It is a nickel-based alloy welding wire with the chemical composition code NiCr22Mo9Nb. It has excellent welding performance, beautiful weld seam shape, and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of the deposited metal.
ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel-based alloy welding wire uses: Mainly used for welding nickel-based alloys and dissimilar steels.

X-ray inspection requirements: Class I
Surface impurities such as oil, rust, and moisture must be thoroughly removed at the weld.
When welding, use small heat input, and it is recommended to use a lower interpass temperature.
The purity of the argon used should be above 99.99% and the gas flow control should be appropriate. Generally, when the welding current is 100-200A, the gas flow is about 10-15L/min.
Appropriate wind-proof facilities must be provided when welding, otherwise the shielding gas is easily affected by the wind and the gas protection is poor. Deteriorate the weld bead and generate porosity.
Properly select the nozzle and control the proper extension length of the tungsten electrode.
