Features
-
High mechanical strength, with excellent mechanical properties in the temperature range of -253 to 700 ° C, it shows extremely high yield, tensile and creep rupture properties at high temperatures, and the yield strength below 650 ° C ranks first among deformed superalloys first place.
-
High corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion in chloride-containing medium, excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and sulfide stress cracking in acidic (containing H2S) oil field environment .
-
Good processing performance, under the condition of solution annealing, the yield strength of the material is low, and the surface hardness is about HRC20 or HRA55, suitable for forging.
-
Excellent welding performance.
