Shanghai HY Industry Co., Ltd’s casting production introduction:

  • Production process: The factory has a complete casting production process, including investment casting, sand casting, and centrifugal casting.

  • Processing equipment: The company has various casting equipment that can meet the casting requirements of different parts, including 12 vacuum induction furnaces 25KG, 50KG, 200KG, and 1000KG, and 15 medium frequency induction furnaces 100KG, 250KG, 500KG, 1000KG, 2000KG, and 3000KG. There are 3 vertical centrifugal casting machines, 2 horizontal centrifugal casting machines, and 5 heat treatment equipment.
